We offer several shipping options to serve your needs.
UPS Ground (delivery two to seven business days in transit)
UPS 2 Day Air (delivery two business days after order is shipped)
UPS Next Day Air (delivery one business day after order is shipped)
Local Pickup at our San Francisco office for duplication orders for customers in the Northern California area.
Important Note: Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not business days.
Shipping charges include handling charges to covers costs of packaging materials and related labor. Prices and options are
based on product configuration and are the same throughout the US (prices may be higher for Alaska and Hawaii).
Important Note:
Some orders may ship from other locations by other carriers;
for this reason and to avoid substantial delay, do not mix production types in a single order.
During checkout, you will be shown available shipping options and charges;
you are not committed to purchase an order until you have selected an option with a price shown to you.
We cannot ship via other carriers (such as FedEx) or bill shipments to your UPS account.
UPS does not accept packages for and cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO, FPO or international
addresses; or addresses in Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands.
Tracking
When we ship a duplication order, we email confirmation including a tracking number.
You will also find an active link for your shipment in your account, under Order History Tab.
Returns
We guarantee your discs will be free from manufacturing defects.
If we determine there is a manufacturing defect in your discs we will reprint your
discs or refund the charges for the defective portion of your order at our option.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the discs you receive play or burn on some but
not all players/burners/ drives, this is a compatibility issue - not a manufacturing defect.
The professional quality media we use are compliant with all current industry standards, but we
cannot guarantee compatibility with any particular device; this is especially true for older players or drives.

We cannot accept returns of custom made media for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
As our product is produced with your custom content and artwork, we cannot restock or reuse parts of an order that has been produced.
Therefore we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on orders unless there is a manufacturing defect.
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL
By clicking the Submit Order button, you are authorizing us to begin
printing and manufacturing non-returnable custom media.
Be sure you have reviewed your order before submitting.
Due to the nature of the printing process, the color
of your discs and inserts is subject to some degree of variation.
Precise color matching is not guaranteed and orders may differ from what
you see on-screen and across multiple/previous orders
Once submitted orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
If you have any concerns regarding clarity or content, or require specific color matching, please contact us.
Proof Requests:
If you are uncertain about how your duplication project will turn out, we suggest that you order a proof.
To do this, place your entire duplication order during normal business hours and contact us immediately
(if you place the order when we are not open, the entire order could be produced by the time you contact us).
We will arrange to produce a sample for evaluation and approval.
There is a minimum order size and a modest charge for proofs.
DO NOT PLACE A SINGLE DISC ORDER for this purpose; single disc orders are not subject to the
same production, quality checking and verification processes as larger orders.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us; normally we will replace or refund your order
as necessary once the loss is confirmed.
